Bernard Mangold brings more than 20 years of consulting, technology program management, and the development and management of advanced R&D teams to leading FTSE 100 companies in the U.K. and Europe, and Fortune 500 companies in the U.S.  With experience in building lean start-up teams and large-scale product development alike, Bernard is able to work with organizations of all sizes to build successful innovation and incubation strategies and programs that drive breakthrough product development and deliver lasting employee re-engagement.

Bernard has held various positions at companies such as Microsoft, Yahoo!, Overture Services, Greenwich NatWest, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

In 2012 he formally launched Incubation Partners.
