Incubation Partners knows that you care how information about you is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly. This notice describes our Privacy Policy. By visiting Incubation Partners and/or using the Service, as described in the Terms of Service, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
The information we learn from customers helps us personalize and continually improve your experience at Incubation Partners. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise available to the public. We gather the following types of information:
- We receive and store any information you enter on our Web site or give us in any other way. You can choose not to provide certain information, but then you might not be able to take advantage of many of our features. We use the information you provide for such purposes as providing the Service, responding to your requests, improving the Service, billing, advertising, and communicating with you.
- We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we, or agents we employ, may use cookies, and they may obtain certain types of information when you access the Service. A number of companies offer utilities designed to help you visit Web sites anonymously. Although we will not be able to provide you with a personalized experience at Incubation Partners if we cannot recognize you, we want you to be aware that these tools do exist. Examples of automatic information we might collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; use history; the full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through and from our Web site, including the date and time; and cookie number.
- E-mail Communication: To help us make e-mails more useful and interesting, we may receive a confirmation when you open e-mail from Incubation Partners if your computer supports such capabilities. We also may compare our customer lists to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. You can control the e-mail you receive. We will not send you an e-mail unless you have requested it. And on every e-mail we send to users, we prominently display the instructions to be removed from the e-mail list.
Cookies
We or our vendors may use Cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide special features. The "help" portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Cookies, however, allow you to take full advantage of some of Incubation Partners' features, and we recommend that you leave them turned on, as the Service is unlikely to work without cookies.
Sharing of Information
Incubation Partners does not rent or sell your personal information to other nonaffiliated or non-associated third parties. Incubation Partners will, from time to time, exchange, release, or notify affiliated or associated third parties of certain information about you. We will release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with applicable state or federal laws, enforce or apply our Terms of Service of Use and other agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Incubation Partners, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We may also combine non-personal information from multiple users and share this aggregated data with third parties. We may or may not charge third parties for this aggregated information.
We employ other companies, businesses, and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include the collection of information, the use of cookies, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, providing customer service, and performing off-site Information Technology servicing. They may have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets from others. In such transactions, customer information is generally one of the transferred business assets. In the event that Incubation Partners is sold, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets. We work closely with partners to which we provide information. We may, from time to time, share customer information related to your use of Incubation Partners and pass that information on to our associated companies.
Information Security
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide services to you or in order to do their jobs. We have physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
Children
Incubation Partners Services are not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will take steps to delete such information. If you become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact our Support Services.
International Users
If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that you are agreeing to the transfer of your Personal Information to the United States to us. By providing your Personal Information, you consent to any transfer and processing in accordance with this Policy.
Changes To This Privacy Policy
Incubation Partners may update this Policy without notice. Users are responsible for reviewing this Policy each time they enter this site.
